Tuesday 13, Storm Stories/Taki II
Tuesday the 13th at 8:30PM is a rerun of the tragic sinking of the Taki II off the Oregon coast. "Storm Stories" is brodcast on the Weather Channel. I get it on The Dish Network. Don't know if it is on other systems?
I have seen this previously and it is very well done. No finger pointing, just the story as told by those involved. They have used actual video and recreations to portray the event. In my opinion, it's a must see for those of us that venture to sea. Very moving!

Thank's, As much as I watch the weather channel(for general weather trends) I Rarely watch Storm Stories, But I think I will watch this one.

Thanks for the heads up for the 5:30 time.....however it looks like it's been bumped by Alberto coverage. Hope it's still on at 8:30?

Dang, I waited for almost 2 months for this show to be repeated so that everyone could view it. Then it's interrupted by a rain storm, a storm about like what we have every winter day on the Oregon coast!
I will watch the schedule and post if it repeats again....sorry everyone.

Kinda funny how they seldom even mention 100 MPH winds on our coast, and they name their storms back east and the south

There are some other great shows on there line up. Tonight is an "Oregon Dust Storm". Sunday is "Coast Guard Storm Stories: Surf Soldiers". If you put your curser on the story title it gives a short description of the show. They up date the schedule every Monday.
