Default inside 40 hali spots for newport?

does anyone have any recent spots with waypoints for halibut out of newport inside the forty? goin out sunday(weather permitting). thanks in advance,

I have two places where we didn't catch anything, but alas, that's not what you asked for. Only been succesful beyond 40-fathoms so far.

78 it is, we should be headed out bout' an hour after low tide, providing there is no resrictions...

kinda work my way up the food chain...one flat fish feeds another..sandabs..smaller baits and shallow water? then move out to deeper water?..thanks for your time jigmaster
