Default Anyone else fish the Klamath in the fall?

For half pounders?

We picked up a jetski to use for travel from pt A to pt B this year. Worked like a charm last year. Just like a jetboat as far as what you can go up and down on the river but you can fish a couple days on 5 gallons of gas.

God I cant wait for fall to roll around

I've fished for half-pounders and caught a ton but not on the Klamath. They are blast! Mini-steelhead + mini-gear = A great day on the water!

I have hit the Kalamity a couple of times for halfies in the last couple of years. Most of my time was spent on the Trinity however. They are a blast and the excitement of an adult in any given day is great as well. I targeted water between Wichapec and Orleans, swinging and nymphing. Those little torpedos really enjoy the taste of rubber legs. I have always banked it so I have no knowledge of jet boating or jet skiing the big stinky.
