Default popper tutorial

I think I am losing my mind or maybe I lost it a long time ago and am finally finding parts of it here and there, but anyway. I was on one of the message boards in the last couple weeks and saw a post on making poppers and it was nicely illustrated and everything and now I can't find it to save my life. Anyone else seen it and remeber where I might be able to find it?

There is a great article in a magazine called saltwater sportfishing (at least I think that's what it is called). I have it at work and will post up again tomorrow morning. It was how to make them and wrig live bait behind them. Sounds pretty *******' deadly but I don't think it's legal in fresh, not sure though.

Page 42 of the June 2006 edition of "SPORT FISHING: THE MAGAZINE OF SALTWATER ANGLERS". Main reference is to live bait poppers for salt species in the south east but a deadly sound combo for alot of fish in the NW!

Maybe at the Tackle Underground? I know there is a tutorial there for making a moon faced popper. That is where I learned to make mine.
