I use an Extrasport B-27 HI-FLOAT. It is very comfortable, (large arm holes)& has lots of floatation (27lbs). Some guys have gone to the inflatable S.O.S. suspenders. You don't know you have them on & they are Coast Guard approved. On small rivers I would use them but rowing & jetboating on the Salmon, I just feel more comfortable with lots of floatation.

Stormy Seas Co2 jacket. pull the pocket velcro and you float . I think the suspenders would be good too.

Rick
I have SOSpenders for my boat. They fit over any garment and are manually CO2 inflated, so they are not bulky. Available at South River Marine, Corvallis or Fisherman's Marine in Portland.

I use an extra-sport custom Kayakers vest with padded neoprene suspenders eight adjustable points, this vest is total comfort
The rower's vests have all the comfort you will want try Andy and Bax downtown P-town they have a good selection,
My only problem with the pull to inflate models are what if I hit my head on the way out of the boat???? goog luck
