My German Shepherd mix "Little Bear" prefers chickens. Introduced to new chicks when he was about 6 months old, now he thinks it's his job to protect & keep them in their run.

Looks like you got some fishin' dogs! :grin: That's a good shot!
Here's my bud Frisket. I had to put him down the end of last year after 15 years with our family. He was my Mom's best friend until she died, then he latched onto me. I miss him everyday.  (the pic kinda sucks-sorry)
This is Samantha Ann on her first day with me in December. What a sweetie. 
And this would be her prefered sleeping position.... :grin: Notice there is a purple headed duck under her chin....

That's too cool. My black lab loves to fish for bass. Trout are ok but he really loves bass. If we are fishing from shore he will wade in and retrieve them. When in the boat he hangs over the edge tryinig to grab them when they get near the boat. He starts getting all excited on Friday nite when I am prepping the boat and tackle then he starts trying to wake me up starting about 2AM on Saturday.

Here's Riley, a new addition to the household. Been with me for two weeks. It's been chaotic, but getting better.

Hey why hasn't someone come up with a decoy suit for dogs?? You could just turn them out to wander among the plastic deeks and make true live motion.

I couldn't decide which one of these guys is my favorite. Not sure which one will be completely trained first either. But, for now, I reckon they're both worth the trouble. The kid's a soon-to-be freshman nose tacke and the pup's an 11 month old white boxer.

Papahog. Oh man Yorkies are so cool! I used to hate little dogs since I grew up in bird dog country but when I started dating my wife to be I realized i had to get along with her dog first. He was oversized, about 12-13lbs, not yappy at all.
I don't want to hijack this thread so I won't go on, I'll try to dig up some pix of that cool little mutt.
EDIT Could not find the one of me and the pooch in the float-tube with a huge trout but found this one with Ang and Chester perched on her tube on a high lake in ID.
He was very well behaved but did get a little excited when a fish was hooked.....
I miss that little guy. :depressed:
