Default Mud Factory Contest...

Just got back from my usual rounds and decided to take the long way home to check out the mouth of the Washougal. Coming north over the 205 bridge, I noticed a distinct mudline running the WA bank extending out about 50 yards.

Got up to the Washougal slough (around lady island) and it was chocolate. Got to the mouth of the 'shoug across from the Sandy, and both rivers were just dumping mud. The mudline looked like it was drawn with a straight edge. The water upriver didn't look too bad in comparison.

Also, I have never seen this before, but all of the wing dams, downriver of Chinook landing are under water. I am sure it has happened before, but it just looks a little wierd. In town, the Washougal is all the way up to the pavement at the bowling alley launch and its flooded all the way back to 3rd street and Lacamas Creek.
