Default Eastside Driftboat needs some TLC

My brother and I just picked up an Eastside Driftboat for pretty cheap and while its in great shape, the fiberglass is fairly faded.

I want to buff it out to get some of the shine back. What kind of product do you reccommend to get this cool little boat looking good again?

Most any buffing compound will work, go to place like NAPA and ask what they have. If it's very dull use an aggresive (coarse) compound, if you want, you can use a finer compound after that and it may get a better gloss. If just buffing doesn't make it shine, you may need to sand the surface with some 600 grit sand paper. If you can't buff out the 600 grit scratches go to 800 or 1200 paper. Test a small erea so you know what combination gets you the desired results.
Don't worry so much about the brand of buffing compound, most will do a good job.
