Ken called in and said it was a nice morning...no white caps...swell about 3-4 feet...a little tight together but he was running at 21 kts.

Of course, there is an asteric with Ken*...he is crazyfish!

The fish have been out 250-300' down deep...200'.

Sorry to hear you're back in the Tolly...that guy is a piece of work!

But we would be very happy to have you at Big Tuna this summer!

If I could get a update on friday ocean conditions. Wife is tentatively planning to come with me tomorrow and she got sick last time out. I don't think I can have a repeat preformance.

I bagged it for tomorrow which means it will probably lay down and be beautiful out there.

Seriously, if your wife gets sick easy, tomorrow doesn't look good. 2 and 5 at 8 seconds isn't the best. What made me call it off was the trend. Its predicted to start building in the afternoon. If that comes in early, it could be a rough ride in.

There will be nicer days.

Halibut! You really do have a lot to learn but stick around. We will be happy to show you. You might want to try and get on a boat with another captain and ask a bunch of questions and learn some stuff that way. Also you might want to make it to the TA meeting at the rogue next week and ask some more question there. We really are concerned about your welfare and want to help you learn lessons the easy way not big blues way!

yeah, slow and steady! I will take my time and that is the way I would prefer to do it. But schedules never seem to mesh! I appreciate the knowledge I learn here, and just want to become a better boater/fisherman!
