Default Boat storage?

I am moving to the Hillsboro area in 2 weeks. We are moving into a townhouse with a 1 car garage. Unfortunately I don't think I can get my boat into it. I have it in a 1 car garage now but the clearance from the sides of the door opening to the fenders on the trailer is about 3" on each side. Needless to say that is a little tight to back it in with the truck, so I unhook it and push it in by hand. The problem with the new place is the driveway is on a incline so there is no way I can push it in by hand. Soooo, I need to explore some other options. I am going to start calling around to storage places but I thought I'd throw it out here as well and see if any of you had any ideas or input for me. My worry is I won't be able to get to the boat when I need it. I know most storage places have "hours" when you can enter - like 6am to 9pm. What if I need the boat at 4am? Anyway, I know I won't get much response here but I was hoping someone in the same area had the same situation and could offer some advice or recommend a place. Thanks a bunch.

An ifisher in Edmonds used an old rototiller. Took off the tines and mounted a ball on the front. Worked great. Even had forward and reverse.

I put mine in dry storage each Winter for 4 months in Molalla for $42 per month.

Stoller Farms 503-829-5385

It's more for long term storage though. The man has some old barns that he packs in the boats, RV's, airplanes, etc. I don't think he wants someone pulling his boat in and out 6 times per month.

The boat/RV place just west of 158th on Walker Rd. in Beaverton has 24/7 access. I think it is called Waterhouse RV and Boat Storage

Although I have not done this yet, I am about to give it a try this spring. I have an incline on my driveway as well. I bought a 110 V winch from a local hardware liquidator and plan on pulling the boat backwards into the garage. This way, I can steer from the bow end. I will wire an extension to the control so I can do this by myself. Do you think it will work??

How about mounting a balll hitch on the front of your tow rig. It's much easier to steer that way.
