Contaminated Fuel disposal

I have a buddy who's boat is in my driveway. It is his fathers and sat for 3 years with an untreated 75 gallon full tank of gas. The fuel is obviously contaminated with water and he went through 2 water seperator filters yesterday while crabbing in the bay.

He is planning on pumping out the tank. Anyone know how/where to get rid of contaminated fuel in the Newport/coastal area?

Isn't there a fuel/oil dump down in the parking lot near PD 5 and 7? If there is not, send me a pm and I think I might know another spot.

Also call your local county gummint Solid Waste dept. They should have some suggestions. If there isn't a separate dept., try the Public Works Dept. Hope that helps.
