Summer Steelhead Challenge

Here is my first entry into the Summer Steelhead Challenge. A nice chrome 30in native from a SWW stream. She was taken on the spey with a red and black stinger leech. Thanks for putting up with me Justin, aka TallFlyGuy.

Well done Mike! Did you get her on a dry line or did you swing a tip? I am hoping to maybe break out the dry line for the first time this weekend.

I was swinging a type six. I do not think the dry line will come out for a while. Well at least until we see warmer days like last week.
