Default Oil Slick from Hebo to Grande Ronde
Made for a interesting drive this afternoon. Someone either has a oil leak ( and a big reservior ) or a diesel or hyd fluid ?? OSP advised, I wonder if they dispatched a HAZ MAT unit ??

That sucks! I hate oil spills, ever since I was fifteen and a spill wiped out the creek I fished every week.
