I won the buckle!!!!!!!

Every year Redmond Trap Club hosts a combination sporting clays and trap shoot. 5 sporting stations, 10 birds each. Then 10 trap targets at 16 yds, 22 yds, and 27 yds. 5 pair of doubles and 10 continentals to finish. It's a fun shoot, with lots of great shooters. I've taken 2nd place several times over the years, but this time it all came together! High overall by 2 birds, and a fancy buckle from Montana Silversmiths. One of the high points of my year to date!

Now, back to fishing..........

i'll be carrying my shot gun on the other side of the ridge this year, shooting-- nooo i did not hear any shooting. did not see a single chucker. got any shells i can borrow, my pocket got a hole in it.

NICE and congratulations! Those combo shoots are fun! The Montana buckles are kewl. I always wanted a Hugo Hake buckle too. I have one of his money clips from a state shoot, but never got the buckle I wanted. I sold all the Perazzi's, but still have the Ponsness/Warren and a bunch of components. Maybe I'll start shooting when the boy gets older?

Thanks guys. The 'butt fishing is NOW! Salmon are out there as well. I'm heading over tommorrow, just had 2 seats open for Friday. Also have 1 seat Thursday, a "maybe" Saturday, and salmon seats for a short day Sunday. I'm heading over Wed morning, the only way to reach me will be by cell, 541-408-7826
