Yes it is.
I had a customer that was in the navy and he always flicked me crap.
One day he came in and told me the marine corps was a department of the navy and I told him Yes the MENS department. You should have seen the look on his face.
Talk about priceless.

A marine is an Army grunt that went too advanced drown proofing. A navy seal is an Army Ranger who went to scuba school.
