Default Fishing for Lobsters (joke)

After a day fishing in the ocean a fisherman is walking from the pier carring two lobsters in a bucket. He is approached by the Game Warden who asks him for his fishing license.
The fisherman says to the warden, "I did not catch these lobsters, they are my pets. Everyday I come done to the water and whistle and these lobsters jump out and I take them for a walk only to return them at the end of the day."
The warden, not believing him, reminds him that it is illegal to fish without a license. The fisherman turns to the warden and says, "If you don't believe me then watch, "as he throws the lobsters back into the water.
The warden says, "Now whistle to your lobsters and show me that they will come out of the water."
The fisherman turns to the warden and says,

"What Lobsters?"

Old Thibedoux the fisher would always come back to the marina on the Bayou with a box full of fish every day. All summer the other fishers would watch him leave the dock late and paddle home early in his piroux. Then he would unload an apple box full of fish. They were suspicious since at times no one else caught any fish at all.

One day the state bull walks down to the dock as Thibedoux is loading his dugout for another trip. 'Can I fish with you today old son? asked the trooper? 'Why sure' said Thibedoux 'hop in the dugout, lets go'.

The trooper took a seat and looked around. He noticed that there were no rods or tackle, just an apple box, corn sack, gaff and a cigar box. They paddled deep into the bayou.

Thibidoux set his paddle down, leaned back and lit a fat cigar. The trooper was puzzled by this and asked 'are we fishing yet?'

The old fisher replied, 'Nosir, but we will be directly'. He then opened the cigar box and got out a dupont spinner. Lighting the fuse with the cigar he threw it 100 ft into the water. Boom! He then paddled over and gaffed the floating fish.

The trooper sat in slack jawed amazement. 'You can't fish that way, you're an outlaw!!' He said. Thibedoux reached under the seat for another stick and lit it with his cigar. He handed it to the trooper and asked 'You gonna talk or are you gonna fish?'

Darn it! There's gotta be more good yarns out there ......... Any one, Any one, Any one???

Most of the ones I love are unprintable, oh well, and untellable without consuming the requisite 1/2 case of barley pop first.
