Crazyfish lives again!!!!!!!
That's right I've got pictures now to prove it.
This is up and running at about 50mph.
In the launch mode!
Riding nicely
And last but not least the way most people will see Crazyfish
The boat is handling even better than I thought it would. The hole shots shown are with the motors trimmed up witch acually launches the boat out of the water, with the motors trimmed down it will jump on to plane within 10'
Fuel consumtion is about the same as I used to have with the 302 Cobra if I stay down to the speeds I used to be limited to.

Re: Crazyfish lives again!!!!!!!
Good idea taking her out on the river this time before heading for tuna town. Glad to see you up and running again. Next project: hard top to replace canvas. I don't think it will last long at those speeds. Besides get rid of that parachute and it will go even faster.

TO FINE ME ......YOU"VE GOT TO BE GOOD
TO CATCH ME..... YOU"VE GOT TO BE FAST
TO BEAT ME.......YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING
Crazyfish is talking 50mph on the RIVER not the OCEAN!
He'll have his chance on the BIG "O" soon!
A Fiberglass boat at 50mph on the North Pacific will not last 1 season!

Ken It's almost time to get it salty I wouldn't let Zeke behind the helm though, he may find a way to break your boat too , 50mph on the ocean

14 foot Smoker Alaskan, 8HP Merc. That's good enough for me. I drove a sled with a 140 jet on it one winter on the Deschutes doing salmon carcass surveys. I'm still wondering why I'm still alive after that! Not withstanding the indians shooting at me, and that's the God honest truth!

Re: Crazyfish lives again!!!!!!!
Crazyfish: I live just down the road from you at Oceanside. Maybe we should buddy boat sometime. However, my boat is a slow-poke Pacific City Dory. I top out at 33 mph, but in the ocean that flat bottom usually limits me to half that.

Re: Crazyfish lives again!!!!!!!
What only 59 mph?, That's it? Congratulations , it's about time, I was wondering if she would ever sail again. Wow! Chicken Ranch in under 45min?, Tuna Town in a hour? I hope the Hull holds up.
