I've long wanted to try out Triangle, but haven't yet. Does anyone who has fished there have any info on the quality of the boatramp and or places to try? thx. jb

Quality of the boat ramp is good. Its a bit shallow but nothing too bad and there's a good dock to tie off to.

As far as where to fish its a really small lake that you can easily fish in a day, or in a morning if you get dialed into something. It fishes really well early(as in right now) and grasses in badly when the water warms. There a jillion stunted kokanee in there and the bass grow huge. Its a fun lake...go catch them~

My son lives there, and there are pictures of giant bass at the store. 7, 8, 10 #ers abound. But it is a bit difficult to get a good pattern going after the spawn as its a very deep lake and the bank drops off quickly except on the upper end and near the outlet. Gets a lot of preasure from water skiers and jet skiers in the summer months and the parking is limited and fills quickly on weekends. Actually, leave it alone on weekends!!!!!!!!!!!

Believe it or not my best days on the lake have been with lots of waterski and boat traffic. I know this is not the norm...but I have done well there on these days.

Actually, I can understand that because of the wave action around the banks, If you can stand up in your boat.
