Default Tillamook Bay Report

Again.....no fish, and didn't see any caught!
Then the rain and wind blew us off the bay, headed indoors for some warm chowder. The Wilson made it up just over 3'(+1.3'). The Trask made it over 7'. Did anybody catch a fish today?

Ditto, Moleman. Early to bed, early to rise, fish like hell and, make up lies.

The Coast Guard had the bar corked up tight and no one ventured out to the bubble. It was a nasty day Saturday on T bay. Rain and wind, West channel was really rough. We fished from dawn to 15:00. Saw only 2 fish caught in the Ghost hole at high slack tide. Both went to Portland fishing adventures, Mike Lombard presiding. One was a quick release silver and the other a 20# nook.

Two limits of crab was all we could get, but it was enough. The rain will crowbar the crabbin' for a while. It was nice to get out on the water even with the slow bite and heavy rain.

The bend is your friend!
