Just checked the online river gauge readings. The Trask has jumped up to <500 cfs, which ought to bring some fish into the system. Any word on the coho run or early Chinook?

Talk to a guy today who has been fishing the Trask above tidewater. Hooked 4 silvers yesterday (Friday) and landed 2 silver jacks. This morning (saturday) he hooked 2 silvers and lost them both. This afternoon the water had risen over 12 inches and was still coming up.

I love it when the fish can get up the river before they turn dark in tidewater, doing that waiting thing.

http://www.ifish.net/Weather/Kilchis.htm

It's on the front page of ifish, just moved slightly. Look under the large letters Fishing the Coast at the top. Under the J and B lure contest.2 inches since last night at 6.. So nearly 5 inches up here. Its dark out, but I can't wait to see the river.
