Default HALIBUT CHANGE?
I keep hearing rhumers(spell check) that the all depth halibut is going to go to the 40 fathom mark,anybody know? and would this include the rockpile?

As Pete said... several posts on the Salty Dogs side have discussed this in the past. To directly answer your question..

no, the all depth will be open.. to fishing in all depths...
