Default Skagit River and Green open to Silver fishing

Everybody Wake up, the WDFW finally has at least opened one eye, the other is still glossed over from all the bong hits they have been taking at the local pow wow, with there favorite Indian and comercial fishing advocates. Any ways they are opening the Skagit river to silver fishing since the run is predicted at around 102,000 fish, **** that means us sportsman get 2,ooo and the commercials and the tribes get the rest right! well at least it is open to fish retention, even though we only get one fish a day , come on now 102,000, I would think we could at least keep two, oh well at least it is another place to catch big silvers. Mor-tac stilly spoons work awesome on these fish as well as mor-tac #4 silver spinners with the green prism tape on the blade, good luck! it is a beautiful river and worth the trip, By the way the WDFW is trippin too!
