Re: Fuel flow meter
Flow scan has some good info also Nav??? I think Navman flow meters?? The simple ones register GPH used and have a digital meter showing total consumption. Reset the total every time you fuel up and do simple math to see how much is remaining in the tank, by knowing consumed vs. amount of fuel put into the tank. On carb engines they are very strait forward, a sensor in your fuel line tells the tail. On MPFI engines with a return line install is a little more difficult due to the fuel return line, or so I have been told. Will be installing one this spring. I am going with the flow scan base model. Cost is about $300 for gage and then install of about the same. Killertraylor had one installed on his Northriver, he gave me some good info and places locally to look . Good luck.
