Once in a life time
I must becoming a geek because this kind of fascinated me.
"On Wednesday of this week, at two minutes and three seconds after 1:00A.M. the time and date will be 01:02:03 04/05/06.
That won't ever happen again.

Re: Once in a life time
Very cool, but won't that happen again at 1 pm that same day????
I know it will not happen on the 24 hour clock but most of us use the 12 hour mode... so at 1:02:03 PM it will be the same...

Re: Once in a life time
A long while back I made sure I took the opportunity, and I ate at eight on 8-8-88. Does that count for something?

Oh, speaking of D&D, John, you left your "Wrath of the Dragon God" figurine in the boat on Saturday.
I'll put it aside with your Dungeon generator, spellbook, map maker, dice roller and name generator that you left in the boat a couple weeks ago.....
I'm done with it for now, THANKS!

This thread was a prime opportunity to give Pearl a hard time about being nerdy. I don't know how I got dragged into all this.
|
You brought up Dungeons and Dragons. I didn't even know what that was until I typed "Nerd - Geek - Loser" in to Google and the response back was Wooterson.com
Trust me. Since you chimed in I'm looking cooler than Tom Jones.

I remember 8-8-88 well. I was working my way through school tending bar at Eli's Hard Rock Cafe in Portland and the Crazy 8's were playing that night. It was 8/8/88 with the 8's that night. Too funny!
