Default Advice for Silvers Please

Going down to the Barrier Dam on the Cowlitz and was wondering if anyone had any good fishing tips on how to catch these guys. I have only fished out in the Pac NW for about 13 months (missed last years run for em) and was wondering what I needed to do. Please be specific and detailed. I will be wading with the other combat fishermen.

Thanks for the info. According to the fishing report, they are there showing up with light pressure, but lately, I have been calling my guide buddy down there and getting the "real" scoop from him. I hate it when people put the fishing report in the paper and the fishing totally stinks becuase all they are doing is wanting you to come and buy coke and supplies from them. I think that's a cheap way to make a buck, so I play it smart now. I come to the BB and I call my bud. Although, the Toutle isn't a bad idea.
