I noticed those on Saturday. They changed the top on the Igloos.. It's slanted on one side making the top more narrow than the chest. Not sure I'm thrilled about that as they won't stack with any stability. However, they did put a handy ruler along that slant.

This is the same 152qt cooler they have had in the past, but as Jen said they changed the lid and made it taller to gain the extra volume. It also has the trap door in the middle of the lid instead of the side. I got one sitting in the garage and it should make a decent fish box mounted to my swim deck.

I won this very cooler at the Tuna Convention raffel. The lid is wierd shape will take some getting used to. It will stack but not as nice as the other shape. That center lid is worthless. Mark

I'm a cooler addict. Bought two last year at the warehouse and then got two more big ones again this year. I like the taller Igloos with the center lid. They sit higher on my swimdeck and a tad above my transom. Real nice coolers. I wonder what next years are gonna be like?

I picked up a couple as well this past weekend. The lid is a little weird, but I can get used to it.

Off topic a little, I'm thinking about putting in some built in fish boxes in the project boat. Anybody know offhand what the R-value is in a 5 day cooler?

The b-value is beer turns warm in five days-not sure about the r's.
I counted all my coolers of all sizes and I now have 18-I must be an addict. Mark

You think that is bad. I must have 70 rods by now. Rods of all kinds dating back to Fenwick fiberglass.
