Mazatlan help please

With so many choices for charters available in Mazatlan, I thought I would ask you the experts, Who should I book a trip with? I have never done Mexico fishing, so I am debating on what to do. Do I go with the inshore or offshore trip?? what are the advantages and disadvantages of each. I guess I should tell you that I am going down the last week of April. I would appreciate any and all help, looking at all the possibilities on a google search is mind blowing. Thanks for all help. Kyle

I cannot recommend any skippers there, but you timing is right as there is a new moon.
I am told that you maybe better off to go North of Mazatlan and find a panga.
