Default Salmon in Coast Guard Hole?

I heard today that salmon (unkown quantity) were caught in the Coast Guard hole in Tillamook Bay today (9/1). Can anyone verify this? Is it open? Is it worth a try during labor day weekend. I haven't exactly been tearing it up on the Nehalem. Thanks for any advice.

I "heard" the same. No verification, but I may try it today.
Will let you know.

Jen, how did you do? Anyone else fish Tillamook? I have to decide between Nehalem and T-Bay for Monday's fishing. Anyway, have a great Labor Day.
