I got a tip from Limbhanger on where to go for some pics of the beautiful, yet elusive shovelOR. :grin:

LH....I found him....but he wouldn't fly



I don't know why I don't harvest more of these....what a great looking bird.

Got one other good pic of a mating pair.



May be off to do the same thing again tomorrow!!

i can tell you why you don't shoot more of them...they taste like a cross between 3-day-old-azz and Mud. lol.

That is a great picture, I am glad they were still there for you. I think Im going to mount one of those, they are really a good looking bird. I will p.m you with a little hole I know of where there are a couple prime Woodies paddling around.
