Default Chinook Landing

Fished out of Chinook landing the last three days. Saturday got two, one 34lbs and the other 24. Sunday was a bust. Fish checker said he had check 129 boats and 5 fish checked in. Today had 6 hits, 5 hooked and landed two, 24 and 15, lost a monster. I'm using a 6 foot lead line, 30-32 feet of water, 5 foot leader line, with a two tone alvin, no tape, no garbage. See you on the River.

That's some pretty good action amongst slow fishin' Trophy! Way to go and thanks for the report. Leaving the wobblers stock and long dropper seems to have been the thing? Any scent? - RT

Interesting setup. What type of connectors are you using to connect your lines?

I'm just using a standard spreader, nothing special. I am using scent. I use smelly jelly liquid in anis. I have to admit our boat is out fishing just about everything out there. You can imagine how bad I feel, ha ha. We got two more this after noon. The key has been to make sure you adjust your alvin to where its not swinging to much, not flat but not going 3 to 9. Try to keep the roll at 4 to 8. Can't tell you anymore that that other than tight lines.

Are you fishing above the towers, at Chinook or down toward the 205? All I saw at the mouth of the Sandy was one fish today.

I'm below toward the 205 bridge, past the rock wall. After boosting yesterday of course I got zero today from 6-2. Did see one line that did well below we. If you see a hog line down by several wing dams, try to get inside as much as you can.
Tight lines
