Willamette & Columbia Water color

Does anybody have an update as to what the water looks like as far as clarity? When I was up there about 3 weeks ago it was about the color of chocolate milk. Im curious if anyones noticed what the willamette through Portland or the Columbia in the same area is looking like. Im hoping its cleared some Thanks in advance.

I was up to the Umatilla area on Monday & Tuesday, water looked fine on the Columbia from Portland east... Even the John Day looked good
