whats a ballpark figure for parts to swap from prop 2 pump merc 25hp 4stroke bigfoot? any help appreciated

Not positive on the smaller hp motors, but on my 90 honda it ran about $2500 for the pump and parts.

On my 115 Yamaha, I was quoted a $2000 for parts, DIY.
