Default Astoria fish \'n chips

I am always hungry after fishing all day and I wanna eat before the trip back to Vancouver.

Finally something new in food to go at Astoria.

Across from the Maritime Museum is an guy selling fish 'n chips out of an old wooden gillnet boat. Excellent beer batter Albacore and generous portions.

Thanks Pinhead. I'm always interested in where to get good food for the long drive home after a hard day's fishing! For that matter, also for the long drive there, the long day out on the boat, and the long time between arriving home and going to bed. - RT

So where is the Maritime Museum? We only went up-river as far as the Pier 11 restaurant...

The best use for all gillnet boats. We need to persuade someone to buy them all and start a franchise business, placing old gillnetters on every vacant corner. Maybe they can even start some price wars with each other, just to stay in practice.

The museum is about a mile east of downtown Astoria on Hwy 30. You can't miss it.

By the way, he has lots of Ketchup, Katchun.
