New Cool Containers I Found!

I was at Harbor Freight Tools today. I had everything on my list and was browsing when I came upon a couple gems that could further help me organize my fly tying materials. Here are a couple containner I picked up for about $5 each.

The overall measurement of the box for this one is about 6" x 9". It holds 12 round containers with screw-on lids. Each container is about 1-5/8" in diameter and 2-1/4" tall. I'm thinking beads, dubbing, or ????

Now this one I thought was really slick. Same overall dims as the one above. But it comes with 24 smaller rectangular containers (1-5/8" x 1-3/4" and 7/8" high). I got two of these and may go back for more. These would be great for hooks, I think.

Looks like a stop at Habor Freight is in order this week. Those will be great for not only hooks and beads, but also for lead-eyes, bead-chain, chenille, thread, tinsel, ribbing, etc....

I stopped in Storables (downtown) this weekend and they sell some simple plastic containers for 75cents a piece in numberous sizes and prices.

If y'all like Harbor Freight, get on their email list. They send out coupons about twice a week for either 20%off a single item or 10%off everything.

I wish I knew about these before dropping a bunch of money in there.

Well im scheduling a visit there (first time) tomorrow to pick up a lathe. Hmmm wonder what sort of things I might be turning. Damn this addiction.
