Got the use of the neighbors lot for the fish out on T Bay!
Looks like we are going to have to limit the amount of people, going to talk to Bill about it now.
Looks like Sept 16th or the next weekend. Probably the 16th!!!
HOW FUN!!! And...... how bout a tackle swap at night? WHEEEEEEEE~! There may be one other small event happening. It's a secret though.

Feeling a little bummed out about the 16th, won't be around to go fishing and camping. But I really can't be to bummed since I'll be chasing elk with a bow for two weeks during that time.

Hi Jen,
I know that there will be conflict with whichever weekend you pick but to add my .02 worth the 23rd & 24th work better for me. My wife will be on vacation that week and she will have to work the weekend of the 16th. Sure would like to come down and meet the ifish gang. Thanks for the great board and for puttin' together a fish in!!!

O.K., lets look at the 23rd, open to suggestion.
We only have room for aprox 25 unimproved camp spots, including boat or motorhome, whatever. Overflow, if needed, can go to the Kilchis River park, aprox 1 mile up the river.
Looking into renting a portable restroom. Think about it, I can't be letting 50 people take a shower, so that is out. Bathe in the river? I dunno!
It would be great if we had a bunch of musicians like R.T. was talking about, and have the ifish band! Wheeeee!

Dear ifish users,
Bill and I have recieved some rather wierd and scary letters from wierd and scary people re this party.
Maybe it isn't such a grand idea to invite the whole world on the net to this party.
If I don't cancel it all together, I am going to at least hand pick people on the board who I know are to be trusted. People who have been on the board, have supported Ifish. You know who you are.
I am so sorry that this isn't working out, but if you saw some of the letters from people who say what they are bringing, what they plan on for this party, you would feel the same.
R.T. and I are compiling a list of people on and off the board that we feel are acceptable and trustable solid fishermen, interested mainly in the big bite at Tillamook, and in meeting people on the board. Family/fishing oriented folks.
I am for now going to close this topic. I am sincerely disappointed.
I put so much work into this board and this site, and then I get people who are banned from the board, re register under another fake e mail address, post profanity, have e mail addresses that include remingtonguns@, or serialkillerjoe@, indianslayer@..., or Geez... I give. It's a sad statement for humanity.
Sometimes I feel like shucking it all in... You know, it is time consuming to run this site, and this board, expensive also.. I wonder if I want it to grow anymore. As it grows, it seems that along with the sincere interested anglers, there are some real fruit cakes. It takes all kinds, I know, but I am a nice girl!!! These are nice people!
I try so hard to keep people happy, help them register when they have trouble, try to help them post pictures. I write my column, try to update fishing reports from guides and charters, try to keep advertising on the pages to deflect domain costs, equipment costs, maintenance costs and server costs.
I know this will do no good for the really sick ones out there.
PLEASE, if you see an obviously offensive post...one that is meant to trigger your anger, IGNORE IT! TOTALLY! Even if it really gets your goat!
I am sorry that a few bad apples ruined the whole thing, but that is what happened.
One last note, for all of you who have supported ifish, remained loyal despite disturbing posts, (again, you know who you are) A sincere and heartfelt THANK YOU! You are the people that make Ifish what it is, and you are the people that make this work worth it! I will keep doing ifish if you are the majority of users on ifish, which you are! I love you guys!
