Fat Boy Club week 14
I had to go back and figure out how many weeks it has been since the fat boy club was started. We are at week 14 now.
Osprey, I saw on a post a few days ago you have lost 50 lbs since Feb (I believe). Congrats. (That would be a nice size fish)
I jumped on the scales today and am down 15 pounds. At this rate I will completely disappear sometime in the year 2004. I feel like celebrating the first 15 with a couple gallons of ice cream
15 pounds is one notch on the belt.

Re: Fat Boy Club week 14
BOE I don't know where the 50 lbs came from ?
I didn't post those results Heck I'd be happy with 25 ,I've lost 17 since the club started can't seem to get lower than than 200 I keep hovering betwwwen 198 and 202 .
Congrats on you're weight loss,I haven't seen any results from the diet **** yet .
Last few wek have been a little tough on this Kid ,got some not so good news from the doc and I'm trying to quit smoking too ...man this really bites!!!.
But in few weeks I will be a Elk hunting fool ,so I sure I'll drop some weight in the hills. Good Luck

Re: Fat Boy Club week 14
Sorry Osprey, that was dawhunt that said it was 50 pounds. My mistake. RT stated in the same string "ifish" last posted on 8/11 that he had fallen off the ice cream wagon. That cannot mean good results. Maybe a little more emotional ( physical )support is needed. Hang in there RT, its a lifestyle change.
Didnt RT say something about rolling around in a pig pen this fall

Yup he sure did,
I believe Os and I will be the witnesses hehehe!!! I don't know though, he was lookin' pretty svelt at the Nisqually a few weeks ago. Better watch out for that ice cream truck though (better not tell him I was the one who sent to his house though). I don't know what will be more fun to watch, pigs or emus.

Re: Fat Boy Club week 14
I think it's time I joined your club. I was in Tennessee for two weeks, sitting on my butt in the training classroom, instead of moving around like I usually do on the job, then they put us in the training kitchen for three days, and we had to cook EVERY SINGLE ITEM on a very extensive menu, and EAT IT AS WELL so we would know what the food was supposed to be like. I gained fifteen pounds. But I'll tell you what, that food was really, really good! I've started to decrease my consumption of meat and starch, and increase my consumption of fruits and veggies, but it's so hard to do when you're on the road. I'm in Utah now, and the only restaurants around are fast food.

Re: Fat Boy Club week 14
Hi guys, just back from Central Oregon and they have ice cream over there too. Sh*t! For that comment (& you too Os) I put us on language probation. Penalty for language infractions is "X" amount ot time in the pen (not the Oly Pen - the pig pen). And speaking of the pig pen, I sadly belong in there. I lost 8 pounds and slowly fell back into bad eating habits again and gained back 5 - net 3 lost. Cr*p ! Oops, more pen time. Seriously, I have no other addictions (no smoking or illegal drugs - just beer or Tequilla on occassions), but this food addiction is becoming a concern. I will try again right now! Thanks for the support guys. Really. I don't even have that much to lose, but I get withdrawal shakes like I hear smokers talk about. Maybe a sugar withdrawal thing. One way or another it's coming OFF! Diet, liposuction, or off to the professional dieticians I guess. - RT
