Oh yeah! You can get it at TackleTime in Warrenton. It's on this site somewhere. Or at Ft. Stevens charters in Hammond. There's other places too. Order ahead of time (the day before) because most of these guys go and pick it up late at night before they open in the morning. The bend is your friend!

bathtub,

If you're launching on the Washington side, you can get bait at the Chinook Country Store. I called there today to get bait for Sunday and they were just starting their reservation list for this coming weekend. Don't wait too long, as the list gets pretty long the closer you get to the weekend.

Lyle,

You can reach them at 360-777-2248. Sorry, I should have included that with my original post, a little brain-fade goin' on here.

Hey bathtub bob (or anyone else), since you're launching and taking out on the Oregon side, do you need to be licensed in Oregon? Just curious.....

Chinook Bait and Tackle 1360-777-8269
has FRESH HERRING and FRESH ANCHOVIES
everyday. They open at 4:30am talk with
Captain Dennis he is a super guy and you'll
be glad you went to see him.

He harvests his own live sand shrimp. So if you need any give him a call.

He will give you honest fishing reports and has fresh hot coffee for you in the morning.

So don't wait, go see him. Reserve your herring and anchovies so he knows what to order for the morning buzzzz.

Thanks,
MW
