Beavers win

Awesome game tonight with the Beavers beating the ducks in basketball 65-62. Lots of trash talking duck fans before the game too - pretty quiet after the game though. I always love to see a dissapointed duck fan - especially those bandwagon Corvallis area duck fans who don't support their home team.

I congratulate the Beavs on their win last night. They deserve the win. They played with more conviction, effort, and heart than the Ducks. Good Luck to both teams in the Pac-10 Tournament!!!

I am unclear why you think that all Corvallis residents need to root for the Beavs just beacuse they in Corvallis!! :whazzup: I have always viewed both teams as home town teams, because they are in Oregon, not the town you live in. I root for both teams, except when they play each other,then it's GO DUCKS!!!

I was disappointed but not surprised. Ducks need a new coach if we're going to compete in this league.

Hat's off to the Beavs for stepping up with key players injured. Congratulations especially to Chris Stephens for some impressive record breaking! (record tying?)

Here's to both teams doing better next year, jeeez
