Default Buoy 12 &14

will be fishing buoy 12 and 14 this Sunday have never fished in this area before would like some help on this. i have heard that the Washington side by the Megler brdge is good so for a newbe in that area wich bidge is it?? also is any one using a flasher or just straight herring.also wichtide is the best to fish incoming or out going.

The megler bridge is the 101 hwy.I like
diver and cut plug,no flasher and also prefere three hour's before high and two
hour's after.
