O.k., sorry for the delay but I just finally sent out the latest Rev. 11 of the Salty Dog Member list. I apologize for the delay and would like to know if anyone else would like to carry the torch on this project from here on out?

I'm sure there are others out there that can expand on it and keep it updated much more proficiently than I can.

There will likely be issues with this last emailed list so just post here or PM me and I'll try to fix it.

Please let me know if anyone out there wants to take this over.

OK my hat is officaily in the ring. My confirmation is dependent on the congress of "Salty Dogs" debating the issue. If we are to have a confirmation hearing I will take the 5th on any questions of my past life. (some of it may be shady) I don't know if I am from a blue state or a red state. I do know that I will NOT hire a PR firm to promote my confirmation.

The Salty Dog Member List is exactly what it says it is, a list of all the members of the Salty Dog board. It is to be used for emergencies or fishing related contacts only. If you're broke down in Newport and need help, look on the list and see if you can find another Dog to help you in the area. If you're trying to get a pack put together to fish out of your home port, look on the list of people who are in the area. Etc, etc. This is not a marketing device or spam list!

So, if you want to be on the list just PM Taylor's Viewpoint for information.

Rod, I have received the list in the past with my information on it. This time I did not receive a list? Thanks for all the work on it over the years.

I am getting a bunch of email from people who didn't get the list. Give me a couple of days to sort things out and I'll get the list out to those who didn't get a copy. We still have a couple of days until the tuna come north.

Thanks a bunch Rod. The MMSID list is improving a bit - more than double from the last version. We now have 20 out of 253 entries - 8% and improving!

I hate to add work to the stack ...but I believe that in the past that I made a request to be on the list? I've never received any updates however, including the latest, so maybe I'm not on it? Please can I? Please? I should have my boat in the water this Summer, but it would be nice to know who else I might be able to hook up with sometime.

Is the list posted online somewhere?
