The Blue Cr. area below the hatchery outlet creek has the best concentrations of fish; and also boondoogin fishers. The most success seems to be on small egg clusters. Small pearl pink corkies or red cheaters do well, as does sand shrimp or crawfish tails. If you like a little more space to fish there are many areas downriver that are good; near the I-5 bridge and near the mouth of the Toutle is another. - RT
