Default Coho Mojo....with Teriyaki ?
Couple of Puget Snd Coho from October...of some year...

Best served with a helping of flat-water and teriyaki glaze. My all time fave is Hot steel skillet, thin fillet, white pepper dusted on fish, oilve oil in HOT pan, enjoy.
