Default Astoria

Went out sat and boated 4 keeps, 21 shakers off tongue point. Yesterday we ran out to the CR bouy and it seemed that every boat had a net out. We hooked 6 and landed two 7 pounders. We only got in 2 1/2 hours of fishing time due to one of our crew members turning three shads of green, chumming twice (once all over the gunwhale) and finally shaking and near convulsions. We couldn't put him though anymore so we called it. That bar is a fun one to cross on a strong outgoing tide... Sal

Despite the shakers and shaking, what a nice double fishery day Joe! I'm turning a little green too- with envy. (jk). Way to go and thanks for the report. - Steve
