Default I see you

Well I am back from the lasix surgery. Talk about giving a guy butterflies....sheesh. It actually was a very simple procedure once they first eye was done. Second was more of a relief than unknown fear.
Bought some cool polarized maui Jim sunglasses fish beware.
My vision was 20/20 the next morning after surgery and they said I should expect a 20-25% improvement as the swelling went down!!! right on... bionic eyes. I have to wear wrap around protection on the eyes for a week and use drops. It was virtually pain free if you don't count the anxiety that is preop.
Now I need to convert the old titanium frames to polarized shades ..:-)
Any recommedations for getting the frames changed over to new lenses?

Nice to hear that the lasix went well for ya. To bad ya couldn't join us on the Nisqually today it was a lot of fun!!! There will be other chances. Maybe we could get a shindig together up on the peninsula this fall or winter, I'm sure RT and some of the guys that were there today would be into that. I'd like to meet and fish with ya.

Congrats on thte lasix Marty. I like your idea Jeff. Jen is thinking of having some kind of fishing/BBQ shindig, probably in Sept. When do the big hooknosed silvers peak near Sekiu? Is there a park nearby? How about a morning fish fest followed by a BBQ dig? I'm sure we'd have enough silver to Q up! End of post. ......... The following is just flat out too silly to read so skip it please. Could call the event "Bait in the Straight", (better than Hogs N Dogs at O.C.). Or "See Q at Sekiu", no. "Fish Nucka in Juan DeFuca", nice ring to that. Go to another post NOW; I'm losin' it. "Party With Marty - Sardine Oil and Pants Optional", anything with pants in it is funny; don't know why. "Bulletin Board Rants & Dance", . "Flashers .... , nah.

RT and all;
There is plenty of camping at Seiku, if you call an empty parking lot a campground. There are a number of good sites on the hill behind (not Olsons the other guy's). Who know's what will be open at that time, most likely fin clipped silvers. Just up the road is the Calawah, Bogachiel, Sol Duc and Hoh. I hope to see some of you folks (But not all at the same time!) in Forks this Fall/Winter/Spring.
Elliot bay has just opened and I can't believe I am anchored to this desk. I won't be able to get out for just over 12 hours from right now!

Keep It Up RT. I appreciate all your efforts on behalf of NW Fisherman. Keep the pressure on ODFW and WDFW.

Thanks
Fishguts
hey how about CUNCQ?

The other resort on the hill is the coho resort. There is also a state campground at the pysht before sekiu that most of the locals use. The launch there is only good for small boats though. The pyhst tree farm also operates a small marina called silver King. September is hook nose time at sekiu. Timing is everything as in most fishing spots. If you hit it right its dynamite or it could be slow pickings otherwise.
