No, the tags and license do not come with the charter price.
I don't know of any charters on Nehalem bay, but I do know of some guides.
Let me know if you need any further info.
I would do Buoy 10 or Nehalem if given the choice.

this weekend i was planning on going salmon fishing. I was thinking about Nehalem bay, or getting a charter in garibaldi, if i take go on the charter does the fee include license and the stamp? Which one would i have more success on? thanks for the info (ill change the name soon enough)
