Default Cabela's Outback Lodge?

Has anybody ever used this tent? We are thinking of getting it for the Wa high buck hunt. We would get the 8 man for 5-6 of us. Thanks Branden

what they call a 8 person is a two person tent if its raining or snowing. three people if its dry. if your backpacking in some where with 4/5 guys you might want to plan on two tents, 1 8man 1 4man. that would be a much more comfortable setup, with a leanto tarp for cooking/campfire area.the outback lodge looks like a good tent.

I have the 6 person that has been in use several years. because of the low sidewalls it is not as usable for the floor space. Three people max with gear , and everything else is outside. Not as good in the wind as one would think. All seams need to be sealed good before use. It does set up quick, good vents , lots of guy ropes to trip on.But I like it for quite trip with 2 guys and a dog.
