It's 4:30am and I am getting ready to leave for Depoe. Going to do a little bottom fishing and crabbing. Just jumped on to see if anyone was talking about going. A quick scan did not show anyone. We did well. We got three limits of bottom fish. 2 limits of lings and 18 keeper crab for 5 pots. The crabs are still big and packed. There is huge pressure on crabing out of Depoe right now. We were not in the mood to find a new spot so we tossed them out in the crowd by the 2nd bouy. We fished up off Spanish Head mostly. Fish were spotty it was kind of a stick and move day. Nothing worked any better than anything else. Basically a typical bottom fishing day. Good luck if your headed out.
