Default Back At the Vise

Got a new fly vise yesterday. Have whipped up a couple dozen new flies since. It's nice, since I can replace flies I've lost over the last season or two - mainly my go-to flies (bivisibles) as well as tinkering with patterns I already have in my box - such as my mini buggers. I tied a bunch up and cut the top hackles off - more nymphy looking, sleeker profile. Then I did some with yellow floss body & heads, to half-immitate a perch frye. Had bass in mind with that one. Some tailless dry flies, and I'm going to try my hand at parachute style flies...

Now I'm no longer out of the little flies I fish on little streams...I'm happy as a june bug. Now I just gotta get back in to the swing of things...
