Default Re: Open seat

Picture this if you will... two BIG fat sturgeon steaks brushed with soy, fresh pressed garlic and butter... sizzling on a ceramic grill on my barbeque on low so as not to over cook the outside of the HUGE steaks. Wait a second... ok, had to open another MGD light. Just flipped and rebrushed the steaks, intentionally spilling extra sauce onto the flame guard to give them that killer garlic smoke taste. Ohhh, almost done now. One last flip and brush (leaving the biggest chunks of garlic on top of the fillets for that gourmet look). OK, i'll stop there. It wouldn't even be fair to tell you all how good it was. Just trying to help our pal stal fill that boat seat tomorrow. Yes this was a true story, just happened a few hours ago.... :
