went trolling for kings with a friend last week in Elliott bay. he caught a nice 10 lb buck and i caught a 5 lb hen. going bank fishing next week in area 6 by deception pass park. does anyone know how to rig a bobber and herring rig? if so i need help. i appreciate any tips.
